Subject : Travel Clearance


Please be informed that the management of the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) Main Campus is requiring all its current scholars who plan to travel outside the country to request and secure a travel clearance from the Office of the Campus Director (OCD).

Request forms should be filed at the OCD at least a week in advance of the planned trip. A photocopy of the passport, the visa (if any), and the completed year-end school clearance form must accompany the request. Thank you.
